I believe that everyone should be able to access counselling and psychotherapy. I therefore strive to keep my fees as low as possible. If I have no concessionary spaces available, or if you feel that my charges are not manageable for you, I will be able to signpost you to alternative services that may be able to help you.
I don’t charge for the initial session which is an opportunity for us to meet so that you can see whether I might be the right therapist for you and so that I can be certain I feel able to help you. There is no obligation to continue with therapy with me after this session.
I currently charge £40 for each subsequent 50 minute session. My fees will be increased to £45 with effect from 1st April 2020.
A limited number of concessionary day time appointments are available to counselling/ psychotherapy students and those on low income.
I ask for payment to be made either in cash, or online to reach me no later than the day of each appointment.
I review my fees annually to take effect from the beginning of September.
